Montgomery County Office of Children and Youth is the county’s public agency responsible for assuring safety, permanency and well-being of all children residing within the county. The Office of C&Y offers services to families to promote safe and stable home environments for children. In appropriate cases, child placement, adoption and independent living services are provided.
