To promote and participate in the effective and efficient coordination of the community human services systems.
To ensure a continuum of services, appropriate to meet the needs of each child in placement, when he/she is unable to reside at home.
To increase staff knowledge and skills through education and training.
To promote an understanding of the values which evolve from the cultural diversity of the community.
To prohibit discrimination in hiring practices, delivery of services, and participation in community affairs.
To manage the agency’s staff and financial resources in an effective and efficient manner.
